The Parish Hall was formerly the village school but has not been used for this purpose for over 50 years. Instead the hall is now the focal point of many activities for local residents. It was extensively refurbished in the 1990s to upgrade the building and provide better kitchens and toilets. There are two rooms, one large, one small, that can be used together or separately. Equipment includes a good supply of chairs and tables. There is a small off-road car park at the front and a quiet garden at the rear.

The hall is run by a committee of trustees.

The Post Code is NN12 8LR.

The Parish Hall is available for hire. It is particularly suitable for small organised activities and children and adult parties are a regular feature. The hall costs £6 per hour to hire by residents of the Cold Higham Parish and £7 per hour for others. The hire charge includes use of tables and chairs. Various other items are also available for hire including cutlery and crockery, water boiler, table skittles and table tennis table.

Joint Parish Events – Cold Higham and Pattishall

To celebrate VE Day 75 over the weekend of 8th to 10th May 2020, Cold Higham and Pattishall Parishes are planning some events which we hope will be well supported by the local community.

On Friday 8th May 2020 (Bank Holiday Friday), Cold Higham Parish are planning to host a family tea party between 2pm and 5pm at Cold Higham Parish Hall. Designed as an event for all the family, we are planning for tea & cakes, games, tombola, live music and circus skills. All funds raised will be split between the Parish Hall and SSAFA, the Armed Forces Charity (and charity partner for VE Day 75 commemorative events). Please contact Cold Higham Parish Hall Committee Chairman, Chloe Nickless on, for further details or if you would like to contribute to the event.

On Saturday 9th May 2020, Pattishall Parish are planning a barn dance, for all to enjoy, hosted at Pattishall Parish Hall on the Saturday evening. More details will follow, including how to reserve tickets and where to direct further enquiries, in due course.

Rain or shine, the weekend's events will promise lots of fun and we hope that as many of the residents of both Parishes will join in the festivities to celebrate this historic occasion.

Cold Higham Parish Hall Annual General Meeting – Thursday 14th May 2020

Cold Higham Parish residents are cordially invited to the AGM which will be held at 730pm Thursday 14th May 2020 at Cold Higham Parish Hall.

The Parish Hall is a charity which provides a venue for local activities for people in the Cold Higham Parish to include Cold Higham, Fosters Booth and Grimscote. The hall is a very important asset for the Parish and as such, we urge as many as possible to come along and find out how to get involved in Parish activities and how the hall is run. More importantly, it is a chance to come along and meet those involved over a cup of tea.
