Dog Litter Bins

Cold Higham Parish Council does not fund any dog litter bins. The cost, with such a small budget, is prohibitive. For example the initial cost for five bins would be £450, and the annual cost for emptying them would be £650.

Dog owners are urged to clean up after their dogs, for the safety of other animals (including farm animals), children and other adults.
