Towcester Book Week starts

Please join Towcester Town Mayor for Towcester's first Book Week which kicks off with World Book Day on Thursday 2nd March. TBW celebrates reading, writing, creativity, and our local library service.
TBW includes a series of interesting talks and workshops with local and best-selling authors, on Friday 3rd and Saturday 4th March. This includes an interview with Dame Andrea Leadsom on her recently published book, "Snakes and Ladders", and best-selling author, Louise Jensen, who will discuss how she plots her psychological thrillers and brings her characters to life (or death!).
On Saturday 4th March at Towcester Library, there will be two illustration workshops, including Manga, for young people, being run by a professional illustrator and cartoonist.
