A5 Roadworks - Update 28 May 20

The latest update from Highways England/Forkers can be viewed at the link.

The main points include:

No further weeknight closures along our stretch of the A5.

Weekend closures on 29 May-1 Jun and 12-15 Jun.

Note particularly the Banbury Lane/A5 junction will be CLOSED over the first weekend, and pedestrian access managed.

A5 Roadworks - Update 19 May 20

Update Bulletin 6 – 19.5.2020 *** STOP PRESS ***

Please note that, due to the Spring Bank Holiday, no works will be carried out on this scheme between 6am Friday 22nd and 8pm Tuesday 26th May 2020.

All carriageways will remain open, as usual, when we are not working.

Road Closures - Gigaclear

Update by phone 11 May

Mill Lane, Manor Rd, Kettle Close - road closures between 18 May and 6 Jun (not the whole time everywhere though).

Penthorne Close - closure 17 Jun - 8 Jul.

Residents access will be maintained, but controlled.

There is nothing scheduled for Church Lane, Cold Higham.

A5 Roadworks - Update 7 May 20

The latest Update from Forkers/Highways England on the A5 roadworks can be seen on the linked page.

Note that the A5 will NOT now be closed (as reported earlier) over this coming weekend (8-11 May). However it will be closed the following weekend. The Banbury Lane crossroads will, for the most part, remain open except for short periods.
