There has been a report of plant machinery theft from a driveway on Banbury Lane, Fosters Booth.

This took place between 08:00am and 8:00pm on Saturday 30th November 2019.

VE Day Meeting - Wed 30 Oct 8.15pm

The Parish Council and Village Hall Committee are holding an open meeting to discuss ideas and plans for the VE75 weekend next year. Everyone is welcome. 8 May 2020 is the 75th Anniversary of VE Day, a Bank Holiday, and there will be national celebrations across the whole weekend (8-10 May).

Three Men Charged Over Illegal Sheep Butchery Offences

Three men have been charged with conspiracy to steal over a series of illegal sheep butchery offences across Northamptonshire this summer.

Robert Iordan, aged 23, Florin Nutu, aged 35, and Voirel Manu, aged 38, all from Birmingham, are charged with conspiracy to steal in relation to the slaughter and illegal butchery of sheep and lambs between June 22, 2019, and October 7, 2019.

Northamptonshire Police have arrested two men on suspicion of offences linked to its ongoing Operation Stock investigation into incidents of illegal sheep butchery.

Street Lights Update

Street Lights Update

The street lights on Banbury Lane and within Grimscote will be replaced on Monday 30th September.

There is still no news about when the Church Lane works will be carried out, or when the light on Litchborough Rd will be replaced.
