Gritting - The Winter Service (Northants Highways)

Northants Highways do not have the resources to grit every path and road in the county. The grit bins across the county are filled with a mix of sand and salt and can be used by the public for use on public roads and paths.

All the parish street lights have now been replaced with modern LED lights. The last one to be replaced was the light on Litchborough Road. In this case the pole also had to be replaced, as the old concrete one was nearing the end of its life.
