Poppy Appeal Launched
The national Poppy Appeal is launched today, in support of the Royal British Legion.
Static sites for purchasing your poppy will be open from 31st October at Peggoty's and John's Motors. Door to door collections will take place in some areas of the parish.
There will be a collection box in the parish hall after the Remembrance Ceremony on Remembrance Sunday (13th November).

Remembrance in Cold Higham Parish
Kevin Hawkins, from Grimscote, recorded himself playing The Last Post and Reveille at the War Memorial earlier this week. As our commemoration this year, the recording will be broadcast to the parish via Zoom at 12 Noon and at 3pm on Remembrance Sunday (tomorrow), and again on Wednesday (11th) at 11am.
