HGV Damage in Grimscote

HGV Damage in Grimscote

Last December an HGV caused considerable damage to verges in Grimscote village. The PC made representations to Northants Highways with a view to erecting signs warning HGV drivers that Manor Road at this point was unsuitable for their vehicles. Highways agreed to try and find some money in the new budget round for such signs, but the PC heard in August that funding would not be forthcoming.
